Built in 1210 by the Counts Alberti di Certaldo, this luxurious castle blends rich history with modern comfort, offering the perfect setting for you to elevate your career vision. The 50-acre property is also an active estate comprising vineyards, olive groves, irrigated fields, and an apiary. Cabbiavoli’s vineyards provide Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Merlot; and olive groves produce the extraordinary Cabbiavoli extra virgin olive oil, rich in flavor and personality; and the apiary offers scrumptious wildflower honey.

Private Guided Walking Tour of Florence
Immerse yourself in the art and architecture of Florence. Exposure to art and nature significantly reduces stress and improves cognitive function, fueling innovative thinking and creative problem-solving. Florence was a center of European trade and finance and one of the wealthiest cities of the medieval era. It is considered by many academics to have been the birthplace of the Renaissance, becoming a major artistic, cultural, commercial, and political center. With a perfect mix of history and curiosities, we will learn the true essence of this beautiful city.
We begin our tour at the most iconic buildings in the heart of Florence: the Duomo, the Baptistery of Saint John, the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo, and Giotto’s Bell Tower, which stands adjacent to the Basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore. Then, we move towards Piazza della Signoria, where you can admire Michelangelo’s David outside the Palazzo Vecchio. Next, we visit the Ponte Vecchio, the most famous bridge in Florence.
Dinner at Golden View
After a free afternoon to explore and shop, we come together again at the Golden View, a high end restaurant whose windows overlook the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi across the Arno river. The menu is known for simple elegance and local ingredients. At Golden View, each dish tells its story and its connection with Tuscany.

San Gimignano and Vineyard Dinner on our Grand Finale Night
Known as the Town of Fine Towers, San Gimignano is famous for its medieval architecture, unique in the preservation of about a dozen of its tower houses, which, with its hilltop setting and encircling walls, form “an unforgettable skyline.”
Spend an afternoon wandering its narrow alleys searching for the perfect souvenir (or the world’s best gelato!). Maybe you’ll even climb a tower for a sweeping view of the countryside!
Activate your senses in the heart of the Tenuta Torciano vineyard. Soaking up the air, colors, flavors, and smells of the countryside, you’ll discover the Chianti region’s history, landscapes, wine, and culinary traditions at our grand finale dinner.
